Know exactly who to interview — and what to ask them.
The hard part starts after the shortlist.
TopRec turns your shortlist into a plan: the five worth your time, questions tailored to each candidate, outreach that gets replies, and a hiring-manager brief with your top pick and why. Minutes, not hours. No subscription — you pay per job.
How it works
- Paste a JD, drop the resumes. PDFs or Word docs — your ranked shortlist is ready in minutes.
- AI ranks and remembers. A 0–100 fit score per candidate with strengths, gaps, and the resume highlights that matched the JD. The same person across two jobs is one contact in your CRM.
- Brief, screen, outreach — one panel. Draft the hiring-manager brief, tailored interview questions, or the outreach from any candidate.
Frequently asked questions
Is TopRec a CRM or a screener?
Both. The workspace — contacts, clients, vendors, submissions, pipeline and notes — is included with your account; screening is the only priced action, one job credit per screening, with every AI feature included.
How much does TopRec cost?
There is no subscription and no sign-up fee — you pay per job. Each screening is one job credit, priced by how many resumes it holds (Small, Medium or Large). Every AI feature is included for that job.
What can I do without paying?
Sign up gets the full workspace plus one free trial job of up to 10 candidates that runs the full, unredacted AI kit. There is also a no-account tool that scores one resume and drafts interview questions.
How accurate is the AI scoring?
Every resume is read against your job description by a frontier large language model (currently Anthropic's Claude). It scores fit 0–100, lists specific strengths and gaps, and quotes the resume snippets that map to your requirements.
Do I need to migrate from my current ATS or CRM?
No. Drop a job description and a batch of resumes — candidates auto-extract, contacts auto-dedupe by email and phone, and the pipeline builds itself. Your data is always one CSV export away.
How fast is setup?
Under 30 seconds. Sign in with Google or LinkedIn — that is the whole onboarding. No mandatory demo, no field configuration, no integration setup and no contract.
